Somewhat gentler these days
As winter fades
Tender branches with buds
Signal new life
Energy
Occasionally I think of you
Life continues to move
Like a river
Waiting for nothing
You remain hidden
Whereabouts unknown
I drop crumbs along the way
Knowing the birds alone
